Cooking is the lens through which I explore the world. Wherever I am, I follow the smell of food to find community, and I bring that sense of connection to every table I serve.

Culinary school at CIA gave me a strong foundation, and I learned just as much by hovering at the tables of my Iranian aunts. I keep sharpening my craft through peers, books, and travel.
I lead with respect and joy
My secret in the kitchen is simple: I treat ingredients and guests with care and respect. I take the work seriously, but I keep the experience warm, playful, and genuinely fun.
