I’ve spent over 15 years in the restaurant industry and the last 5 as a personal chef. I trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, and I’ve used that foundation to explore a wide world of cuisines with curiosity and care.

From fine dining to catering and banquets—and through extensive travel—I’ve learned how to execute both classic and obscure dishes with confidence. I love elevating everyday meals into something truly magical, because I believe good food should sustain, spark thought, and bring real joy.
